the hotel provided fresh water in the lobby, which i found super refreshing. the bathrooms were clean and in great condition, this really impressed me. i also loved that the front desk staff, gregori. my room had a balcony overlooking the fountain!
The bar and restaurant was sometimes unattended. I had to ask reception for service once.

the beautiful double room was very spacious (i felt so pampered!). the decoration was tasteful, this added a touch of elegance. my room was cleaned perfectly every day. i also loved the beautiful views!

the staff was very friendly and always willing to help (they really were pretty good!). check-in was quick and easy, this made my arrival smooth. i had a fantastic experience with the waitstaff. they were all courteous!

the hotel is near plenty of restaurants and bars (i could explore a lot!). it is within walking distance of the shopping area at gran via. the metro station is very close. it has easy access to various transit options!

the hotel staff at the front desk was nice and helpful.
the bar was completely unattended , so i had to find someone to get service after waiting for a while. there was also an advertised special menu that was unavailable when i tried to order it , even though it was supposed to be offered at that time.
